Representative Mark DeSaulnier
In Congress since 2015. Mark DeSaulnier served on the Concord City Council and, from 1994 to 2006, as a Contra Costa County supervisor. He then served in the California State Assembly from 2006 to 2008 and in the State Senate from 2008 to 2015.
