Representative Tom Emmer
In Congress since 2015. Tom Emmer is a lawyer who served in the Minnesota House from 2005 to 2011 and lost the 2010 race for governor. He was elected to Congress in 2014. Since 2023 he has been the House majority whip, a top leadership post.
