Senator Ben Ray Luján
In Congress since 2009, in the Senate since 2021. Ben Ray Luján served on New Mexico's Public Regulation Commission from 2005 to 2008 and chaired it. He was in the House from 2009 to 2021, where he was assistant speaker, a Democratic leadership post, from 2019 to 2021. He won his Senate seat in 2020.
