A revised version of Graham's Sanctioning russia Act (S. 1241) became law on September 18, 2026, through H.R. 5334. Ask Sen. Tim Scott, who chairs the Banking Committee, to press the administration to enforce it fully. Wilson (SC-2) is the Republican Cochair of the Congressional Ukraine Caucus and the author of H.R. 1158 and H.R. 5835, thank him and amplify. The Fort Jackson, Shaw, and Charleston military communities provide a natural advocacy network.
