The Northern Virginia intelligence community has direct stakes in Russia counterintelligence. Warner's Intelligence Vice Chairmanship makes him a senior voice on Russian intelligence operations. The Ukrainian Catholic and Orthodox parishes in Fairfax and Manassas are organizing centers.
